Our client, a leading mobile technology platform provider, sought greater market awareness regarding the business environment that their solution addressed. This client felt that a study produced by an independent third-party would help give credence to their message. Furthermore, they had an ongoing marketing initiative to drive more qualified leads to support their external sales force. Ideally, these leads would come from organizations that understood the issues surrounding the technology choices and were in need of guidance.
VDC worked closely with the client to conduct an analysis of the market across agreed upon industries and geographies and then collaborated to create content designed to address IT decision-makers current and emerging concerns about the growing mobile workforce.
The results of the analysis enabled VDC to produce a thought leadership report that the client was able to use as content for their lead generation programs. In addition, VDC helped produce a webcast that led to over 1,000 new qualified leads for the client, surpassing their goals for the initiative. Finally, VDC presented the results of the study at the client’s annual user conference to an audience mixed with users and prospects.
