National Instruments celebrated NIWeek 2018 in Austin, Texas and VDC was in attendance once again to learn more about some of the greatest market and technology trends impacting the world of test and measurement. The company made several announcements regarding new products and offerings, such as LabView 2018, SystemLink, InstrumentStudio, FlexLogger, and NI ELVIS III, which will be covered in a subsequent VDC blog. However, what National Instruments really wanted to highlight this year was the broad transformation of the test and measurement landscape across industries, applications, and even end users – and how its technologies are facilitating the development of sophisticated connected monitoring and control solutions.
